| Summer BBQ, Canterbury | When the weather people predicted a scorching weekend of sunshine, first thing to do was plan a BBQ for Sunday afternoon. A lovely fine day of 32 degrees, a nice cool breeze and plenty of good company and ice cold beers - perfect! Mind you I had forgotten just how tough it is to back up for work the next day after a 12-hour drinking fest! Let's just say, if I had a pillow at my desk the next day I would have been asleep! |
